These Terms of Service govern the relationship between you and the developer of the Bloom app. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.
1. Description of the service
Bloom is a mobile app for tracking pregnancy, including a week-by-week calendar, a wellbeing diary and supporting tools. The app’s content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
2. Medical disclaimer
Information in the app does not replace professional medical advice. Make any decisions about your health and your baby’s health together with a qualified healthcare provider.
3. Accounts
The app is intended for adults (18+). You may use Bloom anonymously or register with your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.
4. Premium subscription and payments
A Premium subscription removes ads and unlocks additional features. Purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled through the App Store or Google Play under their respective terms. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled in advance in the store settings.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app in a way that could harm you or others.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the app, including reverse engineering or bypassing protections.
- Comply with applicable law while using the app.
6. Intellectual property
The app’s design, source code, content and trademarks belong to the Bloom developer and are protected by law. Using the app’s materials without permission is not allowed.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. The developer is not liable for decisions made based on information from the app, nor for interruptions caused by third-party services.
8. Account deletion and termination
You may delete your account and all related data at any time from the app settings. The developer may restrict access to the app in case of a breach of these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown above.
